Characteristics of the business services industry workforce

Qualifications from the Business Services Training Package are designed to meet the needs of many industries and therefore the types of roles and organisations these qualifications cater for are diverse and cover a large section of the economy and the workforce. In other words, most enterprises require people with clerical, reception, information technology and other skills contained within the Business Services umbrella.
