From sourcing staff to providing traineeships, apprenticeships and vocational training, Maxima helps employers find the right people for their business.
Maxima is a leading Group Training Organisation (GTO), managing traineeships and apprenticeships (Australian Apprenticeships) on behalf of employers. We take care of all the hassles of recruiting, paperwork, training management and other legal requirements and provide ongoing support to the Australian Apprentice and their host employer. We can also provide part-time opportunities for senior secondary students through an Australian school-based Apprenticeship.
Whether employers are requiring short-term labour or looking to hire full-time staff, Maxima can help. We take time to understand the employer and company culture and through rigorous interviewing and leading edge psychometric and skills testing, we ensure that staff have the right skills and are the right fit for the job.
Maxima Joblink is part of the government funded Job Services Australia network and provides a complimentary recruitment service from offices in metropolitan Adelaide. We have a database of over 2,000 candidates and can provide reference checking, aptitude testing and paid work trials. We can offer training assistance to eligible candidates to help maintain ongoing employment plus financial incentives to help cover some of the costs of hiring staff. We guarantee Post Placement Support for six months after the candidates have been placed.
As a Registered Training Organisation (RTO), Maxima is committed to providing a flexible private sector alternative to TAFE training for trainees and apprentices as well as individuals wishing to upgrade their skills. The Maxima Training Institute was recently established to provide a high quality training venue in line with industry and customer expectations. Maxima is a Skills for All training provider in South Australia and a pre-qualified User Choice supplier in Queensland.
Maxima works to provide meaningful employment and vocational training opportunities for Indigenous Australians and positive outcomes for employers. This includes acting as a significant employer of Indigenous trainees and apprentices, providing quality pre-employment training programs and providing effective mentoring and support services to Indigenous employees. Maxima’s Indigenous employment activities are funded through the Australian Government’s Indigenous Employment Program (IEP).
